TRAFFIC ALERT: Water pipe repair to cause delays on major DeKalb road

Some of you may want to change your route to work.

Part of North Druid Hills Road will see delays as the DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management replaces a nearly 200-foot water pipe, officials announced Monday.

The road will close between High Haven Court and Knob Hill Drive and last from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday.

One lane will close in each direction.

Traffic personnel and DeKalb police will be onsite to guide motorists safely through the area.
