DeKalb County police have charged three men with aggravated assault following Monday's gunfight outside a commercial landscaping business.

Two people were wounded in the shootout. Both are in stable condition at Grady Memorial Hospital, police spokesman Officer Jason Gagnon said.

Police responded to the business, Visionscapes Inc.,  in the 1700 block of Fellowship Road near Tucker around 1 p.m. Monday for a report of gunfire.

Officers found a man unresponsive on the ground near a vehicle. He had been shot in the back. Another man had been shot in the leg.

Witnesses told officers that other men involved fled in an SUV. Officers searched the area and stopped an SUV, detaining its three occupants.

Detectives believe two groups of men fired at each other in front of the business. Gagnon said police have not established a motive due to a "lack of cooperation from everyone involved."

Police charged Robert Jones, 46, Anthony Luke, 28, and Kevin Trower, 32, with aggravated assault. Luke was additionally charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
