Lawrenceville's Darrien Salter, 7, had his wish to be a police officer come true today courtesy of the city of Smyrna and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Darrien has been diagnosed with neurofibromatosis, a genetic disorder that primarily affects the development of the nervous system.
