Teen accused of killing 16-year-old

A teenager has been arrested and charged with the Tuesday night shooting death of another teen in south Fulton County.

Ricci Lorenzo Mobley Jr., who turned 17 on Saturday, was booked into the Fulton County Jail Wednesday, charged with murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a minor and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Bryan Tinch, 16, was shot in the back Tuesday night following a confrontation in the 3500 block of Leisure Lane, in a neighborhood off Flat Shoals Road, police said.

Tinch was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he later died.
