Suspicious package at Atlanta City Hall was a T-shirt

Nov 4, 2010The suspicious package found at the loading dock of Atlanta City Hall Thursday afternoon was a T-shirt, Atlanta police have confirmed.
Atlanta police had flooded the area around 55 Trinity Avenue, blocking off Trinity as well as Central Avenue, Washington Street and Pryor Street after someone found an odd package.
The package "was mailed legitimately and turned out to be a t-shirt," Atlanta police Sgt. Curtis Davenport said.
Authorities are re-opening those streets.
