A 26-year-old Greensboro man is accused of using his cellphone to spy on a woman as she tried on clothes at Plato's Closet in Athens, police said Saturday.

Eight officers responded Friday morning when store employees reported they had caught a peeping Tom.

Vincente Bautista had allegedly placed his cellphone under a divider between dressing rooms and was making a video of a 36-year-old woman undressing

Bautista was charged with Peeping Tom and unlawful eavesdropping and surveillance.
