Volunteers will host a storytelling session at a nature sanctuary Thursday evening in Clarkston.
Shannon McNeal, a professional storyteller, will lead the event in front of a fire at the pavilion at the bottom of the Friendship Forest. Propane heat also will be provided if necessary.
The free event runs from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the forest, a 4380 East Ponce de Leon Ave., Clarkston.
