A 77-year-old Sandy Springs store owner who told a teenager not to bring a bicycle inside was kicked so hard that it broke two of his ribs, according to Channel 2 Action News.
Channel 2 reports that Walter Kwon was trying to handle the unruly teen at his laundromat on Northwood Drive when he was attacked, according to police.
Video surveillance from inside the store shows the moments leading up the attack, as Kwon confronts a teenager. Police said the teen later kicked him, cracking two ribs, outside the store.
Authorities say the teen is believed to be about 16 years old.
Kwon is a grandfather of nine. His wife, Christine Kwon, told Channel 2 that he is in a great deal of pain and has missed work for the past week.
