Stone Mountain group focus on chess for back-to-school

A nonprofit group in Stone Mountain is hosting a event this week that uses chess to teach children about the upcoming school year.

Be Someone uses the discipline of the game to help kids focus and learn. Events include a life-size chess board and basic concepts of chess at the group’s training center on Stephenson Road in Stone Mountain.
