Gwinnett residents can watch County Commission Chairwoman Charlotte Nash's “state of the county” address at the county’s web site and on its cable television channel beginning at 8 p.m. Friday.

Nash delivered the annual address to hundreds of business and community leaders Wednesday. She said that while Gwinnett faces serious challenges – including a proliferation of foreclosures -- she believes the county is poised for a rebound.

The speech will be broadcast at 8 p.m. Friday on TVgwinnett. It also will be available for viewing at the county's web site,  www.gwinnettcounty.com.
