The Snellville City Council has cancelled its regularly scheduled meeting and public hearing for Monday.

City officials said the meeting was called off because of the lack of a quorum. The council needs four members to have a quorum.

The council is missing at least two of its six members after Barbara Bender and Kelly Kautz resigned from their seats to run for mayor this fall. Another member, Mike Sabbagh, will be out of town on Monday.
