Following a second public hearing, the Snellville City Council approved an application by Mokhberi Investments Inc. for a conditional use permit and request for variance to allow the parking and storage of auto broker vehicles at the 9-acre Fountain Square Business Center property at 2140 McGee Road.

No more than 150 parking spaces may be used for the temporary or permanent storage, parking, delivery, or display of auto broker vehicles. The vehicles must be operational and in good repair and contain either a valid and current state issued dealer license plate or dealer identification tag affixed to the rear of the vehicle.

The auto brokers participating in the right to park vehicles at the property will also pay a special conditional use fee of $100. The fee is due at first use by the auto broker and must be paid to the Planning Department.
