Smyrna community center plans New Year's event

The City of Smyrna Community Center and Radio Disney AM 590 are combining for a family-friendly “Noon Year’s Eve” party from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday, December 31st at 200 Village Green Circle in Smyrna.

The free event,  billed as a giant dance party for kids, and will feature games, contests, prizes, dancing and a balloon drop at noon.
