Bobbie Robinson and her business partner opened Harold’s Chicken & Ice Bar on Edgewood Avenue one year ago this month. Since then, the Sweet Auburn Historic District restaurant and sports bar, which fronts the new Atlanta Streetcar line slated to open in 2014, has been broken into three times.
