Crews have begun digging to replace the sewer main that runs under South Stone Mountain-Lithonia Road in DeKalb County, prompting a segment to be closed for about a month.
The road will be shut down between Marbut and Chapman roads until Aug. 5 to allow for the work. Signs will direct traffic to detours.
