A second arrest has been made in the March killing of Georgia State student Maxwell Fiandt, who was shot inside his downtown apartment.

The person arrested has not been identified, Officer Kim Jones, Atlanta police spokeswoman, said Sunday. The time of arrest is also unknown.

Fiandt, 20, was found shot in the head outside his downtown Pencil Factory apartment. In April, police arrested and charged Hector Marquez, 23, in connection with the slaying.
