Sandy Springs PD offers teen driving class

For teens venturing onto metro Atlanta’s roads, the Sandy Springs Police Department is offering a free teen driving class on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the department at 7840 Roswell Road. Among other things, the class will cover Joshua’s Law, parent coaching, occupant protection and crash dynamics. It’s for students ages 14 to 16, and they must be accompanied by a parent.
