A 61-year-old Sandy Springs man has been accused of groping a passenger on a Delta Air Lines flight.

Ranchhodbhai Lakha was arrested and charged with assault and sexual assault after the incident, according to the FBI.

A passenger on the flight from Dallas on Monday complained "of being touched several times in an inappropriate fashion and reported this to the flight crew," Brian D. Lamkin, special agent in charge of the FBI's Atlanta office, said in a statement Tuesday.
