A Sandy Springs man is facing charges after police say he drove to McDonough to meet what he thought was an underage child.

Gheorghe Stefan Moise, 46, had begun conversing online with Henry County Police officers, posing as a child, two months ago. Moise was arrested in McDonough last Thursday and is charged with child molestation and sexual exploitation of a minor.
