Sandy Springs firefighters collecting toys

Nov 12, 2010Toys for a children’s Christmas party in December are being accepted at Sandy Springs’ four fire stations.
Organizers from the North Perimeter Optimist Club ask that toys be unwrapped and be for both boys and girls between 3 and 12 years-old. There is a particular need for items that can be given to girls between 7 and 12.
Donations, which can be made until Dec. 8, can be dropped off at Fire Station #1, 1425 Spalding Dr; Fire Station #2, 135 Johnson Ferry Road; Fire Station #3, 6025 Heards Road; and Fire Station #4, 4697 Wieuca Road.
