Members of Georgians For Justice rally at the state capitol to try to shift the focus of the death penalty debate onto the victim, Mark Allen MacPhail, and away from Death Row inmate Troy Davis who has convicted of the 1989 slaying of of the Savannah police officer and been at the center of international debate of capitol punishment.
