Cody Rhoden, 20, accused in the quadruple fatality I-85 crash on March 31 in Norcross, sits during his probable cause hearing in Gwinnett Superior Court Friday. Rhoden is being held at the Gwinnett jail on four counts of first-degree vehicular homicide, one count of felony hit and run and five other charges related to the accident.

While testifying, Rhoden occasionally glanced toward the back of the courtroom, where two survivors of the crash stood surrounded by about five other friends and loved ones.
