Atlanta police investigators have identified a person of interest in the killing an associate pastor. But they need the public's help to learn his name.
Police released pictures of the man, taken on a Sylvan Road store surveillance camera, said Carlos Campos, spokesman for Atlanta police. But police are not yet saying how this man may be connected to the death of 56-year-old Derek Moses.
Moses, an accountant, was found shot to death March 28 inside his Cascade Road office. Moses' BMW was missing, but was later recovered on Montreat Avenue, police said. Investigators have not yet determined a motive in the killing.
Moses also was an associate pastor at Providence Missionary Baptist Church in southwest Atlanta, where he had been a member for several years.
Anyone with information about the man shown in the surveillance photos is asked to contact Atlanta police or Crime Stoppers.
