A Lithonia teen remained in the Newton County Jail Wednesday after his weekend arrest for allegedly bestiality with two pit bull dogs.

According to a Newton County Sheriff’s Office incident report, deputies on Saturday afternoon were dispatched to a home on Milton Drive after homeowners on a neighboring street witnessed the incidents.

Deputies arrested Bernard Eugene Archer, 19, and charged him with two felony counts of bestiality, according to the incident report.

Archer was reportedly working for the dogs' owner, who had hired him to clean the kennel to pay off a debt.
