Atlanta police on Wednesday identified a man who was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon in an Atlanta park.
Felix Jackson, 51, died after being shot in the chest in a small park across the street from the Ashby MARTA station, according to Atlanta police.
A suspect was quickly apprehended by a transit cop.
"One of our officers did respond to assist in detaining the suspect," said Cara Hodgson, a MARTA spokeswoman.
Nathaniel Page, 52, was arrested and is being held in the Fulton County Jail, Atlanta police spokeswoman Kim Jones said.
The shooting happened in the 900 block of Mayson Turner Road in the Charles L. Harper Memorial Park.
