The death of a 13-year-old McDonough boy after being injured in a fight with a sibling has authorities wondering whether to press charges.

Malachi Andrews got cut on the leg March 14 while scuffling with his sibling, Henry County Police spokesman Maj. Jason Bolton said.

Andrews was taken to DeKalb Medical Center for treatment, but died as a result of the injury Friday, Bolton said.

Police and the Henry County District Attorney's Office are trying to determine whether charges should be filed.

The investigation continues.
