Police have leads in double shooting at DeKalb apartment complex

Brookhaven police are investigating after finding two people shot at an apartment complex Thursday night.

The agency was called to Prelude Apartments on Clairmont Road around 9:30 p.m. and found the victim, Maj. Brandon Gurley said. The injuries weren’t life threatening.

“Detectives have processed the scene and are following leads in this active investigation. No arrests have been made,” he said in a brief news release Friday. “There is no additional information available at this time in this ongoing investigation.”
