A man accused of illegally filming four women on 23 separate occasions was arrested Thursday, Peachtree City police spokeswoman Lt. Odilia Bergh said.

Matthew Flesher, 50, of Peachtree City, was charged with unlawful eavesdropping or surveillance, criminal trespass, prowling and Peeping Tom.

Flesher was initially arrested Dec. 31 after a neighbor reported someone was in their backyard looking into their window, Bergh said. He was only charged with one count of Peeping Tom.

It increased to 23 counts when authorities, through a search warrant, found other videos on Flesher’s camera and inside his home, Bergh said.

The investigation is ongoing, but Bergh said additional charges are expected.

Flesher is being held in the Fayette County jail without bond.
