The Georgia State Patrol is investigating a fatal wreck that happened before daybreak Wednesday on I-285 in south Fulton County. The crash occurred about 5:30 a.m. on I-285 southbound between Camp Creek Parkway and Washington Road. According to the State Patrol, the driver of a passenger vehicle lost control and struck the back of a tractor-trailer. The driver of the passenger vehicle was pronounced dead at Grady Memorial Hospital.
