Pedestrians hit outside Piedmont Avenue restaurant

Two people were transported to Grady Memorial Hospital Thursday night to be treated for injuries they suffered when a car struck them outside a Chili's restaurant on Piedmont Avenue near Lindbergh Drive.

Atlanta police said the driver stayed at the scene.
