Overnight lane closures on Interstate 400

Contract workers for the Georgia Department of Transportation will close lanes overnight on Interstate 285 and State Road 400 for the next week. The closures are scheduled to take place for the Transform 285/400 Improvement project sponsored by the state agency as well as for both geotechnical site investigations and survey work.

From 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. through Sunday one left lane in the westbound direction of I-285 will be closed between Chamblee Dunwoody Road and Riverside Drive. Another I-285 lane closure on the right lane will take place Monday overnight on the eastbound exit ramp to Roswell Road. Motorists should use caution and be aware of work vehicles on the shoulders of the roadway and those entering and exiting the work zone.
