The North Georgia State Fairs returns to Jim Miller Park for an eleven-day run beginning Sept. 22.

The 79th annual fair will feature live concerts, free attractions, farm animals, flower shows and state fair food staples. Concerts begin at 8 p.m. and are free with park admission.

Fair admission: adults, $5; students, $2; children under 6, free. More than 300,000 people attend the fair each year.

The fair runs through Oct. 2 at the park, 2245 Callaway Road in Marietta.
