A new QuikTrip convenience store and gas station has been proposed near a busy Norcross-area intersection.

The Gwinnett County Planning Commission will hear next month the developer's application for a buffer reduction on the property at Beaver Ruin and Indian Trail-Lilburn roads, where QuikTrip hopes to build on a 1.91-acre lot. Few details about the proposed store were included in the application.

The property is currently home to a small strip center.

The proposal is one of several the planning commission will consider at its April 13 meeting. For a full list, explore the interactive graphic below or click here.
