The newly-formed Cobb Alzheimer's Resource and Education Center will hold an information meeting at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 24 at the Cobb Central Library in Marietta.
Families with members suffering from the disease, caregivers and healthcare providers are invited to attend. The meeting will be held at 266 Roswell St.
CARE expects to services in 2012.
CARE will offer services and information including adult day care services, clinical trial recruitment and educational classes and seminars on Alzheimer's.
