Noble Fin, a much-anticipated new restaurant concept from Atlanta chef Jay Swift, is coming to Gwinnett County later this year -- but it will start hiring next week.

The restaurant announced Wednesday that it hopes to hire at least 60 people before it opens sometime this spring at 5260 Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree Corners. It will host on-site interviews from 1  to 4 p.m. every day next Monday through Friday.

"The day and evening positions needed include management, sous chefs, cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers, part and full time day and evening hosts and hostesses and food runners," the restaurant wrote in an email newsletter.

Noble Fin will focus on steak and seafood. Swift is the man behind 4th & Swift, a farm-to-table eatery in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward. His son, Jeb Aldrich, will serve as chef de cuisine at the new restaurant.

An exact opening date has not been announced.
