Milton puts police cars, gear up for auction

Two former police cars, radios and firearms accessories are among the items the city of Milton plans to put on the online auction block in February.

The auction is scheduled to run through 3 p.m. Feb. 19 at www.GovDeals.com. Full property descriptions and bidding process details are disclosed on the website.

Items to be offered for sale include 2010 and 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptors, a hand-held laser signal, Whelen light bars, Motorola radios, shotgun racks, magazine holder, gun holster, five tires and one rim for a Crown Victoria (235/55R17 Firestone), and a box of miscellaneous electronics and related gear.
