$40 million judgment vacated by appeals court

A $40 million judgment against a Norcross dietary supplement maker has been vacated, giving the company another chance to win its case. The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals said that a federal district court judge should have considered evidence submitted by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals and its CEO, Jared Wheat.
