The jackpot for Friday's Mega Millions game climbed to $99 million after no players matched all six numbers in Tuesday night's drawing, while the top prize for tonight's Powerball multistate lottery is up to a whopping $160 million.

The Mega Millions numbers drawn Tuesday night were 14, 17, 19, 20 and 31, and the Mega Ball was 28. Players in Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas and Wisconsin matched the first five numbers and won $250,000.

The Powerball jackpot has been growing since late June, when a ticket purchased at a truck stop in the west Georgia town of Tallapoosa matched all six numbers for a $77 million jackpot. That winner has not yet come forward.
