Mattie’s Call issued for 22-year-old Conyers man

A Mattie’s Call has been issued for a 22-year-old Rockdale County man who was last seen Wednesday in Conyers.

Mark Ballenger Allen was last seen in the area of North Main Street about 11:15 a.m. wearing a green T-shirt, blue jeans, and a brown leather jacket. He also had a book bag.

Authorities said Allen has hazel eyes, is bald, and is 5-foot-5 and about 125 pounds. He has a tattoo of a sun on one arm. No photo of Allen was immediately available.
