A man working as a massage therapist in Cobb County is accused of inappropriate contact with a female client, according to police.
Lewis Allen Ingram, 49, of Lawrenceville, faces one charge of aggravated sexual battery for allegedly touching the woman's private area without her consent, according to an arrest warrant obtained by the AJC.
The incident allegedly happened Feb. 22 during a massage at the Zen Day Spa and Wellness Center on East Piedmont Road in East Cobb, police said.
"The victim complained to the accused at which time he removed his fingers and the massage ended early," the warrant states.
Ingram was arrested Wednesday and booked into the Cobb County Jail, where he remained Friday afternoon without bond.
Ingram previously held a license as a massage therapist, but that license had lapsed in 2008, according to the Georgia Secretary of State's Office.
