The Marietta City Council will meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday to discuss appointment of a citizens advisory committee on the $25 million parks bond.
The committee will help the city decide how to spend proceeds from the bond, which will be used to improve existing parks and buy land for new parks. Voters approved the bond in the Nov. 3 election.
The meeting will be held in the fourth floor conference room in city hall.
