The Lilburn City Council unanimously approved a community meeting room policy Monday for the reservation and use of the City Hall Community/Meeting Room. The policy applies to the existing city hall, to be implemented after 90 days, and the future city hall meeting room, currently under construction, which will be shared with the new Gwinnett County Public Library.

The meeting room will be available for educational, civic, cultural, or governmental meetings during city hall and library normal business hours, with a maintenance fee of $25 for the first hour and $15 for each additional hour.
