Library offers renters’ rights workshop

Fulton County Housing and Community Development will hold a workshop at Atlanta’s West End Library on Thursday teaching renters about their rights and responsibilities. Topics include understanding leases, security deposits, paying on time, reporting needed repairs and grounds for evictions.
