The Brookhaven City Council has approved a traffic project to mitigate rush hour traffic along Ashford Dunwoody Road.

The city of Brookhaven will install no left turns signs at four entrances along the Cambridge Square shopping center at Ashford Dunwoody Road. Known officially as R 3-2 signs, they prohibit motorists from undertaking a left-hand turn during specified times.

These signs will only be effective between the hours of 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, to relieve rush hour congestion and the delays caused by motorists attempting to turn left on the two-lane road.
