Last week to drop off stuffed animals in East Point

Feb 9, 2010This is the last week that teddy bears can be dropped off in East Point as part of a drive for kids in need.
The Division of Child Support Services and the Fatherhood program have been collecting the stuffed animals since January. The bears are then given to children receiving access and visitation through the agency’s service providers, as well to as children in foster care.
Collection boxes are set up on the second and third floors of the Jefferson Station Building, on East Forrest Avenue in East Point. Donations will be taken until Friday.
