University Place II, Kennesaw State University's student housing addition for upper-class students is set to open Aug. 16.
The $26 million expansion features a complex of 451 bedrooms and marks the tenth year of the university offering on-campus housing. The apartment style housing complex will also include a multipurpose room and indoor/outdoor Internet connectivity.
The opening ceremony, ribbon cutting and complex tours begin at 9:30 a.m.at University Place Amphitheater, 3210 Campus Loop Road in Kennesaw.
