Kennesaw sets street closures for race

Kennesaw officials have announced street closures from 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. May 12 during the Swift Cantrell Classic 5K.
They include:
- Main Street from Watts Drive to Swift Cantrell Park.
- Cherokee Street from Big Shanty Drive to Main Street.
- Rutledge Road, Jiles Road, Paulding Street, Knightsbridge Road, Park Drive, Lewis Street, Dallas Street, Moon Station Road, Whitfield Place and J. O. Stephenson Avenue - all at Main Street.
The first of six races in the Kennesaw Grand Prix Series this year, this race will start in front of Kennesaw First Baptist Church, 2958 N. Main St., Kennesaw.
