Karate Kid coming to Southwest Atlanta
The Karate Kid is coming to John A. White Park.
Atlanta City Councilmember Keisha Lance Bottoms will host her Movies in the Park on Aug. 13, with a showing of “The Karate Kid” remake.
Bottoms is partnering with the the Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs.
Movie-goers are invited to bring folding chairs, blankets and snacks to the park’s ball field to watch the movie, which starts at 8 p.m.
John A. White is located at 1053 Cascade Circle.
