The Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Georgia has awarded a $25,000 grant to Senior Services North Fulton for its Transportation Options Program for Seniors. The program offers seniors transport to medical appointments.
In 2010, Senior Services provided 1,268 round-trip rides through TOPS. To qualify, seniors must live in north Fulton County and complete an application.
TOPS offers both van and escorted car services for older adults living in North Fulton County.
