Cobb voters will return to the polls on July 31 to vote again on whether to allow Sunday alcohol sales in the county.

A judge ordered a revote this week after some city residents challenged the initial vote last month. City residents were not allowed to vote on the county question that was approved in the March election. The revote will allow all county and city residents to vote on the issue.

All of Cobb’s cities have already approved Sunday alcohol sales, and a countywide referendum is also expected to pass.
